Hello everybody. Disregard what I wrote yesterday. It seems I predicted the response I would have to the post in the morning. Regret and a somber frown. Perhaps there is some element of truth to some of it though.
Anyway! I spent the last hour or so updating the On Demand section. Every video is now listed there and has its own seperate page. Very exciting. Check out “The Specials” which were added to On Demand today, and even though its currently streaming on the front page, The Thrasher Report #2. Ratings are good. Keep watching. We want even better ratings!
We shall be making the new show page and advertising our new comedy show which will be premiering on the channel in March. I hear its called Serendipity! … I thought that was a romantic comedy with John Cusack? Not anymore!

Those wishing to advertise us, should use this little beauty
Get better high-speed ya’ll.

Not really about the channel today. Just about me.
Had a bit of a strange day today. Everything seemed geared towards getting ready to have a Jam with the Mercury League guys. That was a lot of fun. The Bunker still stinks. Its nice to play some music that you don’t usually play. Nice pop punk. Its funny. Greg and Dan are a hoot. It was a good laugh and hopefully we’ll sort something out to do it again soon.
Need to get busy with the wrong though. I’m tired of never amounting to anything. Gotta push forward. Gotta raise the stakes. I like to think I’ve written some good stuff this time. Its hard when the onus is on one person to write. I’m gonna talk to mallan. I really want to get a move on with this though. Feels like we’ve been out of action since august. Man, its just way too long.
Gotta have a purpose. Gotta have a goal in life.

Its official. Our first comedy show is hitting the channel next month. Two episodes have been comissioned and we cant wait to see what our duo have in store. This is the first production that Me and Jonny (the CEO’s of the channel) will have no creative input or control over. We wont be shooting, directing or even editing it. We are handing all of that responsibility over to Sleepy Dog Studios.
Also in March we have the final to episodes of the Thrasher report. Our rating for episode 2 are great! People seem to really enjoy the show! We appreciate it. Keep watching and we’ll make more! Thrasher Report #1 is the highest rated video in the channel’s history! I think we are making viral videos! Everyone is talking about the thrasher report.
After season 1 I will be starting a new show. Maybe the Thrasher Report will return for another season, but not for a while. That is a hard show to make. It takes a lot of guts!
Music wise, big day for myself and jonny tomorrow. The entire story to follow.
You’re all such stupid dummies.

Hi everybody. Its been a crazy week here at the channel. We’ve been silent for a while but the next installment of the Thrasher Report is now steaming on the front page here. We went to great lengths to bring you this footage. People got angry at us. People screamed at us. Mostly because I was calling them Stupid Dummies I think.
Full House got cancelled before it even aired. What are the chances of that?
We just commissioned a new show for 2 ten minute episodes. More news on that later. Its very exciting.
One of our cameras broke, so we got a new one. Its good.
More Thrasher Report Soon. We’re midway through the season and so far ratings are up!
Get better high speed you stupid dummies!

A one off special show is being shot for next week! As well as the next edition of Thrasher Report, we will also be airing a live extravaganza with guests, music and lots of drinking! The “in studio action” will be divided between hillarious segments and field peices (and lots and lots of drinking). Live musical performances! Three special guests! It could only be Full House: With Lee McConnell here at Early Thrasher the Channel!
Our new mic arrived today. Its an external mic so we can shoot some bits tomorrow out on the street drunk. Should be funny. I think the couples will be more than happy to talk to us this valentines day!
Stay tuned. FLAAAAVOURR FLAAAAVVVV!

We noticed on the shoot for our latest show “The Thrasher Report”, that our idea to carry around a microphone just for effect, was ineffectual at best. In fact, a lot of great footage had to be cut out because the audio quality was too bad. It was a windy day, and a lot of the time, the mic/sound source ratio was… ridiculously bad.
We have now acquired a clip on external mic for instances when it is just me speaking… and, a hand held external mic for when we go up to people and bother them.
Very exciting. We should have a skate specail coming out soon, but I’m not aware of the status of the project.
The next Thrasher Report will be hitting your computer screen too. Stick with us here at the first internationally syndicated channel. Check out our new archives pages. Almost all the old material is up there to be viewed on demand now!

Hi everybody – The first episode of the Thrasher Report hit the web yesterday, and ratings are great! But we still need to get bigger if we want to expand the network. We are in talks to get many more shows on the channel, and we will be pursuing lots of our friend, trying to get them involved in the project.
What would you like to see on the channel? Comment us or shoot us an email here. We love to hear from you.
To celebrate the new season starting, we have been working for hours on end, and have managed to get the first pages of our new archive section online. This has taken ages to build, and there is at least another days work left to get everything in On Demand again. Today we got the Templates down and we will be pushing to get it done tomorrow.
A word of warning. Shows will not be in archives immediately. It takes a long time to update that shit. So beware. All video will play in order on the front page, so if you’re looking for the latest content its best just to watch there. If you are looking for specific episodes of specific shows, use the archives pages.
Get better high speed.

Think the Cook Report on steroid. We’ve commissioned 4 episodes for the channel this spring. Keep you ears to the ground and your eyes to the sky. Dont take any woodern nickles. We’re on the look out for paranormal activity and scandal at every turn. Only on Early Thrasher: The Channel!
Web Fixes:
As you may realise, the site was rushed out on Febuary 1st to try to get shit moving. Numerous bugs existed on the site including display problems in Firefox and IE7. We have been working today on those issues, and are pleased to announce they have been resolved. The blog is now the only source for news and updates with the front page being used solely for the video stream and promotion. A new and very swish looking design as a footer now in place – as well as our “curves” being refined to display better. I’ve never worked with cruves before so I was new to this.
Secondly – the new “On Demand” page will have increased functionality. We put a shitty temporary one up, but decided that its better to wait for the good stuff. Since we’re starting a network, every show will have its own archive, and each episode will have its own page. This is a big job, so expect this in a week or so. It may be possible to complete over the weekend but this doesnt look too promising.
Shooting
We are currently shooting a skate special as mentioned below, as well as season 1 of The Thrasher Report. Look out for new content soon!

Today, the direction of the channel became much more clear to me.
We are going to start a Network here. Not just random shit. A Network. This is very exciting. So far, 2 shows have been commissioned. The first is a groundbreaking documentary/reality show we are calling “The Grind”. The show follows the producers and CEO’s of the channel as they attempt to make it big in the world of internet television, and as they launch the first internationally syndicated television network.
The second, and the first to hit the channel is “The Thrasher Report”. Born out of the success of our “Most Haunted” video, this series follows our roving reporter, as he attempts to uncover the truth on topics ranging from the paranormal, to the effects of alcohol on the mind. We just commissioned 4 episodes of this, and it promises to be awesome.
The summer season will see a project, so far only known as “Trip Wire”. More info on that soon.
We also are planning a “Skate Special” to premier this weekend!
We want to comission Karl Hicks his very own cooking show. Or a magazine show with callers and news stories. All in time for the launch of Early Thrasher: Daytime.
Episode one of “The Thrasher Report” will be airing next week. Very exciting.
New archive/on demand section launching soon.

Hi there everyone.
Here’ the highlight reel I was talking about yesterday. If those of you with youtube accounts would be good enought to rate it 5 stars, leave a nice comment, and favourite it, that’d be awesome. Spread the word of the channel through viral clips. Content only available here at the channel though. Not at youtube. We like to keep our stuff high quality and under our control. Youtube quality sucks. Try Revver. Get better high speed.
Some thoughts for new contentas been flying around today. Among the names mentioned are “Trip Wire”. Don’t want to say too much about that just yet.
We also want to go to leeds to shoot our morning show. A magazine style talk show like Richard and Judy except less infuriatingly bad. Richard gets on everybody’s tit ends. He can get fucked. I hope he dies a slow and lingering death… in the tower of london…. on a fuck swing.
Anyway. Be nice to our youtube reel. Catch you tomorrow. That new Digg link should be working by the end of the day. Subscribe to our RSS feeds via Itunes!
